PCOS Clarity provides digital products, including Notion templates, PDF workbooks, and digital journals.

Digital products

After a successful payment, customers receive access to the digital product or its download instructions. Because digital products may be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by PCOS Clarity.

Duplicate payments and technical issues

If you were charged more than once for the same order, did not receive your purchase, or received a corrupted or inaccessible file, please contact us. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange access, a replacement file, or a refund.
